Moodle 3.0

Each time you go down the hill, your score goes up by one. Your score goes up the longer you stay alive and the farther you roll. Test your friends to see who can roll the farthest and try to beat your own record!

This gives you basic control without putting pressure on your work. Do the "hover technique" next: keep your fingers lightly on the arrow keys so slope 2 you can tap them instead of pressing them. Third, make it a habit to clear your mind, take three deep breaths, and then change how you're sitting. It may sound silly, but lowering physical stress makes performance much better. Finally, enjoy the little wins. Even though it doesn't seem like it, going from 15 points to 25 points is a huge step forward. At first, the learning curve is steep, but once you get the hang of it (usually after 50 to 100 runs), you'll get better very quickly.
